Q: WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION/WHEN ARE YOU OPEN?

Q: IS MY GENERAL ADMISSION INCLUDED IN MY HAUNT TICKET OR DO I HAVE TO PAY GENERAL ADMISSION TOO?
General admission is included.
Q: DO I HAVE TO PRINT OUT MY TICKET?
No. Your ticket can be scanned from your phone.
Q: ARE THE TICKET PRICES PER PERSON OR DOES MY PURCHASE OF _______ TICKET INCLUDE ME AND MY FAMILY/KID?
Tickets must be purchased for each individual person. Under 3 get in for free.
Q: CAN THE HAUNTS BE SOLD SEPARATELY? WHAT IF I JUST WANT TO DO THE HAUNTED CORN MAZE OR ZOMBIE SHOOTING?
Haunts are not sold separately, they must be bought as a package deal. Zombie Paintball can be purchased separately (general admission required).
Q. CAN I ONLY BUY TICKETS ONLINE OR CAN I BUY THEM WHEN I GET THERE? CAN I BUY HAWES BUCKS ONLINE?
While we highly prefer you to buy your tickets online so that we can anticipate capacity numbers, you can purchase tickets when you get to the farm however, tickets cost $5 more at the door and there is a 3% service fee for credit cards. Hawes Bucks may be purchased at the farm and online under Festivals>Fall Festival.
Q: IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT ON HAUNTS OR RIDES?
There is no age limit on haunts, you get to decide what is best for your child, however, we recommend checking out our Haunts tab at haweshaunts.com and reviewing the narratives for each haunt as well as the CAUTION message towards the bottom of the screen before making your decision. Go-kart riders ages 12 and under require an adult to drive.
Q: DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING OR IS IT FREE?
Parking is free.
Q: ARE YOU REQUIRING MASKS?
We cannot force/require our customers to wear masks. We support the comfort and safety preferences of our customers and feel that anyone who wishes to wear a mask may certainly do so.
Q: DO YOU HAVE A CORN MAZE THIS YEAR?
Yes. We have both a haunted corn maze (part of a haunt pass) and a regular, daytime corn maze. For haunted corn maze tickets, visit www.haweshaunts.com
Q: DO YOU HAVE FOOD/ALCOHOL OR CAN I BRING MY OWN?
We do have food, beverage shacks, and a bar. We do not, however, allow any outside food or beverages. Food does not open all at once, but usually, most food stands are all open by noon. Here is a list of our food stands:
Q: WHAT DOES MY TICKET INCLUDE?
Each ticket option is listed on the event or festival page and has a detailed description of what it includes when you click on the ticket. If the ticket does not have something listed in the description, then that thing is not included. For example, does the general admission ticket include a pumpkin? No, as it is not included in the ticket description.
Q: ARE DOGS ALLOWED?
No, they are not. For liability purposes, we cannot allow dogs around the kids and families on our farm. If you have a certified support animal, please email us documentation prior to coming out to the farm for approval.
Q: IF ALL I WANT TO DO IS THE PUMPKIN PATCH, DO YOU HAVE A TICKET FOR THAT?
Yes, our Mums & Pumpkin pass is good Monday - Friday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Q: WILL ALL OF THE RIDES BE OPEN AT THIS EVENT?
Some of our attractions, such as the Ferris Wheel and the Scrambler, are ‘Coming Soon’ - but our farm favorites such as the go-karts, Kiddie Coaster, Zip-Line, and Farm Trains are all open.
Q: DO ANY ACTIVITIES COST EXTRA?
Some of our activities are free to enjoy such as the bounce pillow and zip-line. Other activities are pay-as-you-go. This would include things like the train, go-karts, and Silver Spur Roller Coaster.
Q: WHAT DOES THE TICKET PRICE ACTUALLY COVER?
General Admission, Access to the Sunflower & Zinna Patch, Access to Vendors and Food Trucks, Children's Playground, and Zip Line. Some rides and attractions will be available for an extra charge and we will accept Bonus Bucks and Hawes Bucks.
Q. CAN I BUY MORE THAN ONE STEM?
Yes, you can buy as many stems as you like.
$11 = General Admission Plus 3 stems
$15 = General Admission Plus 5 stems
$25 = General Admission Plus a vase and 8 stems
Q: WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO THIS EVENT?
Sunscreen! Appropriate footwear! (If you're picking flowers, please remember this is a farm.) Also, wear loose-fitting clothes. Bottled water. Your ID, some spending money (how much? It’s up to you! We’ll have craft vendors and rides available for purchase!) Your cell phone! (Take pictures to share and be sure to tag us on Instagram @hawesfarms!)
Q: HOW LONG IS THE EVENT?
Gates open at 10 am and the grounds close at dusk, at that time - we’ll be asking everyone to exit the farm and get to their next destinations/homes safely.
Q: CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN TO THE SUNFLOWER FESTIVAL?
Absolutely! The Sunflower Festival at Historic Hawes Farms welcomes guests of all ages. Children under 3 are free!
